Each day begins with the making of our own pizza dough. Our dough is an old Greek recipe that resembles more of bread than a traditional Italian pizza crust. We then combine herbs and spices with California tomatoes to create our sauce.

Pizza baked in our brick bottom ovens take 25-35 minutes.

Vermont-made mozzarella finishes off the three main components of our cheese pizza.
